Ms. Khadija Haider was born on September 18, 1989 in Rawalpindi. She has done MS/M.Phil Environmental Sciences from the National University of Science & Technology (NUST), Islamabad. During her graduation, she won Erasmus Mundus Cultural Exchange Scholarship, thus she had a chance to study in Turkey's best University i.e. the Sabanci University and to represent the culture of Pakistan in Turkey. Ms. Haider is an Environmentalist as well as a social Worker, who is consistently striving for the well-being of the underprivileged communities in Pakistan. She is especially concerned about the dilapidated condition of the Government schools across the country. Moreover, being an Environmentalist, she is focused on the conservation of biodiversity and natural resources of Pakistan. Currently, she is serving as “Scientific Officer” in Pakistan Science Foundation (Ministry of Science & Technology). She is also writing a travelogue on her stay in Istanbul, Turkey. Ms. Haider aspires to be an ambassador of Pakistan’s youth at various national/international platforms.
