Iqra Nadeem (Absent)
Ms. Iqra Nadeem hails from Quetta, Balochistan born on December 19, 1993 and is a graduating senior at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). She happens to be Physics major with Biology minor, however her interest in politics and community service gives her a diverse range of experiences. She believes in making the most out of the little opportunities that life grants. Ms. Nadeem has been a topper in her O-levels and A-levels in Balochistan and hence works towards helping other students in achieving their goals by organizing career counseling fairs and other activities in Balochistan that engage the student community and help create the spark of ambition.
Ms. Nadeem has been an active participant in debating, MUNing at LUMS. She also cofounded Harvard College Code Orange, LUMS Chapter, which is an organization that extends from Harvard and Columbia and works towards improving health in Pakistan. Ms. Iqra Nadeem served as the Cultural Student Ambassador to the US through the Global UGRAD program and is an active participant of the PakistanUS Alumni Network (PUAN) and has also been chosen for PUAN’s Youth Technology Camp 2015 and UNESCO’s workshop on Global Citizenship Education. She wishes to continue her endeavours towards Education and Health Activism in Balochistan and ensure that the predicaments that she had to endure as a Member of youth in Balochistan, could be avoided for the future generations.
