Ms. Abeera Ashfaq, born on September 05, 1988 belongs to Lahore. She received early education from the Pakistan English School, Kuwait and then moved back to Pakistan and did her matriculation from the Cathedral School System, Lahore. She completed her Bachelors degree with majors in Law and Political Science. In 2012 UN-HABITAT conducted workshops on Housing, Land and Property Rights with over 1000 female law students in different colleges all over the Pakistan, from which about 100 students were short listed for their main workshop in Islamabad and she was one of them. She has also contributed as the Virtual Exhibition Ambassador in the promotion of the ‘Education UK’. Currently Ms. Ashfaq is enrolled as a law student at the Quaid-e-Azam Law College. She is the associate head of the Research Society of the college and also the executive member of the Law Clinics & Rotaract Club of the College. Apart from this, she has many other token of appreciations in house competitions and different training courses regarding legal studies.
